College Application and Scholarship Workshop

Join Columbus City Schools and I Know I Can for the College Application and Scholarship Workshop on Saturday, November 2nd! Receive expert help and guidance submitting college/scholarship applications. Click here for more information!
For students:
- For CCS Seniors with a 2.0 GPA or higher
- Arrive at 9:00 am on November 2nd for registration and light breakfast
- Bring with you:
1. Your personal statement and/or essays
2. A copy of your high school transcript
3. Confirmation of your completed FAFSA or you and your parents’ 2018 tax returns so you can complete the FAFSA on site
4. FSA ID (must be created prior to starting the FAFSA)
5. 2018 W-2 documents
6. Usernames and passwords previously created for college application sites
For parents:
- Parents will receive information about the college application, financial aid, and scholarship process
- Families will have the option to complete the FAFSA if you have not already. Please bring:
1. Parent and student 2018 federal tax return
2. Parent and student social security number or permanent resident card/ARN #
3. FSA ID (must be created prior to starting the FAFSA)
4. 2018 W-2 documents
5. Documentation of any additional income and/or benefits (unemployment, investments, SNAP, disability, etc)
